Founder angle

I’m building VibeSelling. The goal is brutally simple: someone gives us their URL, and we help them get their next 100 customers. That changes how I use AI. I do not need “AI inspiration.” I need systems that produce: - pages - scripts - customer research - outbound angles - campaign assets - content that sells That is why Codex is interesting. It is not another chatbot. It is a way to turn founder thinking into repeatable work.

Beginner angle

The best way to understand Codex is not to read a feature list. It is to give it a real job. For me, a real job looks like this: take messy YouTube comments, find the pain, extract the questions, turn them into content angles, and package it into something I can use to grow VibeSelling. That is when Codex becomes obvious. It is not “AI that chats.” It is AI that helps you operate.

Operator angle

My Codex rule: If the output does not help me sell, ship, or learn faster, it is probably a toy workflow. The workflows I care about are boring and valuable: 1. Turn comments into content ideas 2. Turn a landing page into customer objections 3. Turn a competitor page into positioning angles 4. Turn a founder rant into a LinkedIn post 5. Turn a repeated task into a reusable asset That is the VibeSelling lens: Does this create customers or customer insight?

Codex clicked for me when I stopped treating it like chat. I’m building VibeSelling. I need workflows that help turn a URL into customers. That means: less “give me ideas” more “build me the asset I can use today”

Most AI workflows are too cute. My test is simple: Can this help me get customers? If yes, it matters. If not, it is AI theater.

Beginner Codex workflow I actually like: 1. Put messy customer data in a folder 2. Ask Codex to extract pain 3. Turn it into content 4. Verify the output 5. Use it to sell That is the loop.

I do not want AI that makes me feel productive. I want AI that helps me ship assets, learn from customers, and grow distribution. That is the whole VibeSelling mindset.

“I’m building VibeSelling. We help people turn their URL into customers. So I use AI differently. I don’t need another chatbot. I need something that helps me ship. That’s why Codex is interesting. You put it inside a real folder. You give it a real task. It creates a real asset. Comments become content. Content becomes distribution. Distribution becomes customers. That is how founders should use AI.”

Draw prompt

Create a left-to-right Excalidraw workflow titled “Codex Founder Loop.” Use five boxes: Folder, Prompt, Build, Verify, Repeat. Draw an arrow from Repeat back to Folder. Add a small label under the loop: “The value is the system, not the single prompt.” Import file: codex-founder-loop.excalidraw
